Many people love to say they are a BOSS this and BOSS that... I feel you in some ways. Then again, for many, it's all about the picture-perfect life. The title and its glory can be excellent for some people. I have been one who has been called a BOSS LADY. I began to get frustrated with the term because being a BOSS can be a little overrated nowadays. No offense to anyone at all.
You see, a boss manages their employees. Then bless God; there is a LEADER... A LEADER inspires people to innovate, think creatively, and strive for perfection. Many times LEADERS don't even get acknowledged for the things they do until later. Later can be after the show is over, after death, and many times when another leader recognizes that another leader is behind the event. During that time, God will promote the leader and even places them over larger organizations as the Ascendancy. Joseph was a leader, even in the pit. He went through Hell before he was recognized, but Lord, when placed in Vizier's position, the second-most powerful man in Egypt next to Pharaoh. Josephs's leadership put him where his presence and office caused Israel to leave Canaan and settle in Egypt. My eyes light up when I see someone that I have mentored or trained with my leadership capabilities. To see them strive at their best is like fresh air to me. I hope that this post inspires someone to think more significantly. Remember, every team has a BOSS, but what people need is a LEADER who will help them achieve greatness.

This article was such an inspiration. I wholeheartedly agree with the fact of a leader aspiring others to be their greatest selves and seeing the gifts in them and helping to nurture them but very seldom are they recognized in that moment. I truly think God for allowing us to meet as you have been such an encouragement to me and pray that God blesses you tremendously for living out your purpose and being a beacon of light for others.
