Am I saying that your issue or situation will come out great and on the positive end all the time? Nope, I am not saying that at all but, what I am saying is your attitude helps control your mind. Here’s the thing. When your mind is sound you can unquestionably give a good amount of that to having a positive attitude. Oh Hun, trust that my positive attitude approach to tame a sound mind has God written all over it. See when we have a junkie mind (Cluttered) that is full of the stuff of this world then it couldn’t possibly be in its sound state. Please believe me that the answer I have ended and starts with God. What I found out through choosing to change my attitude is there’s power in God’s love. I couldn’t see this with a bad or negative attitude.

Remember this, there is work in keeping a sound mind. You are going to need a positive approach and you know what? You are also going to have to take the good with the bad my love. Really! You must keep watch over your mind quite often. It’s like cooking good old southern fried chicken. First, you need to pull off all the nasty fat, massage and soak it in buttermilk, batter it, season it and then place it in hot oil that is waiting in a cast-iron skillet. It's going to be um, um good if you keep good watch over it but, if you don’t you will have a smokey house with a bad tasting outcome of chicken. So, there you have it. You must clean your mind, always exercise and take watch over your mind and the attitude is just like that special seasoning and right temperature .
This is what I'm saying, my dear. A person with a sound mind knows how special they are to God. It's not in just your strength it’s in God's power and love. Listen, don’t you dare go into a retreat when it said through scripture (2 Timothy 1:7) For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and of a sound mind. You must take charge, move ahead. Do you know what I also found out? I found out that God is so positive, and his attitude is for us to have a promising future. I think that is worth you're changing your mindset and developing a positive attitude that will lead you to a SOUND MIND. It doesn’t matter how hard or unfair your life is right now you still have the power to choose how you handle it but, only when you are in a sound mind. Here are a few self-evaluation questions to ask that will help you have a sound mind 1. Is my mind junkie or cluttered? 2. Am I special? Your answer is YES so, I need you to say it to yourself every day. 3. What approach can I take to change my attitude and develop a sound mind? 4. What mind exercises can I practice keeping a sound mind? 5. Where is my journal? ( this is kind of like a trick question. Anyway where is your journal because it helps you focus and see growth)
